Spanning six interconnected sectors, including the snow-sure Glacier 3000, the resort offers over 200 km of terrain catering to skiers and snowboarders of all levels
Beginners: Gstaad provides excellent beginner-friendly slopes, particularly in the Wispile and Wasserngrat areas, where gentle, wide runs allow for easy skill-building. Dedicated learning zones and professional ski schools make it an ideal starting point for new skiers.
Intermediates: Intermediate skiers will be spoiled for choice with a wide array of blue and red runs across the ski area. The Eggli sector stands out with its scenic descents, including the 1,150-meter vertical drop into Rougemont. Rinderberg, the largest sector, offers 90 km of varied slopes and is particularly appealing during poor visibility, thanks to its tree-lined trails.
Advanced: Advanced skiers can enjoy thrilling challenges in Gstaad, such as the long, winding black descent behind Oldenalp on Glacier 3000 or the red-to-black route from La Videmanette. Though the resort caters more heavily to intermediates, advanced skiers will find plenty to keep their adrenaline pumping.
Snowboarding: Snowboarders will love Gstaad for its varied terrain and well-maintained snow parks. The Glacier 3000 park, with its jumps, rails, and kickers, is particularly popular with freestylers looking to hone their skills.
Off-piste: For adventurers, Gstaad's off-piste terrain is worth exploring, particularly on the glacier and in the backcountry. Hiring a guide is recommended to navigate the best powder runs safely.
Glacier skiing: Glacier 3000 offers year-round skiing at altitudes nearing 3,000 meters. The gentle blues on the glacier ensure consistent snow conditions, while the valley return run is one of the most exhilarating in the area.
Within the large choice of Swiss ski resorts, Gstaad is a fantastic destination for families, with child-friendly accommodations, dedicated ski schools, and gentle beginner areas. Activities like tobogganing, winter walking, and visits to the charming pedestrianised village ensure that both kids and adults have a memorable stay.

I usually book flights, transfers, hotel, ski rental and lift passes myself but this year used WeSki for a trip to Morzine. It was so much easier. Everything worked perfectly - transfers arrived on time and there was plenty of feedback throughout the whole process giving you confidence the holiday would go smoothly.
A really useful service that is so much easier to use than other ‘all-inclusive’ sites. It nicely bridges the gap between a travel agent and booking the trip yourself online. I will use WeSki every time I go skiing from now on.
We booked a late minute skiing trip to Morzine through we ski. We looked at booking the trip ourselves but could get anywhere near the price quoted by we ski. The company was excellent and we had no problems at all from start to finish. I would definitely use them to book another weekend skiing trip.
Seamless experience from start to finish. I was spending ages trying to sort out a weekend break and managed to do it with we ski in minutes and for the same price as booking it all up yourself. Flight, transfer and accommodation was all as expected and faultless.
