It’s a great place to bring the family for its nursery slopes and family-friendly amenities. There’s also a variety of intermediate slopes as well as some exceptional off-piste areas, including Bellecote glacier, popular for its safely patrolled but ungroomed terrain. Thrill-seekers can also go ice climbing, enjoy the only bobsleigh track in France, or ride the Vanoise Express, which links the ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs / Peisey Vallandry, and is a must for the incredible mountain views. The centre of La Plagne is the heart of the resort, where you’ll find the majority of the shops, restaurants, and bars.
