Skiing in Westendorf

Beginners: Westendorf is an ideal destination for beginners, with its nursery slopes located conveniently in the village centre. The gentle, wide-open pistes are perfect for building confidence, while the excellent local ski school ensures smooth progression.

Intermediates: Intermediates will relish the wide variety of terrain accessible from the Alpenrose gondola. From the top, skiers can head toward the open slopes of Gampenkogel or explore the interlinked SkiWelt area, which offers plenty of long blue and red runs with stunning panoramic views.

Advanced: Advanced skiers can challenge themselves on the steep black runs of the Choralpe and the demanding reds near the top of the Brixen gondola. For more variety, a Super Ski Card grants access to the extensive Kitzbühel ski area via the Ki-West gondola.

Snowboarding: Wide-open pistes make Westendorf an excellent place for beginner snowboarders, while the Boarders' Playground is a top-class terrain park that attracts intermediate and advanced freestyle enthusiasts.

Families

Westendorf is a family-friendly resort with a range of activities for all ages.
